Teresa "Terri" Mansell

Terri, DBA Olympic NW Advisors, provides financial planning services to residents of Silverdale and north on the peninsula through her affiliation with Commonwealth Financial Network®. She works from Kitsap Bank's Silverdale branch location. She has worked in financial institutions since 1988 and has held securities registrations since 1992. With more than 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, Terri has developed a well-rounded, client-centered approach. She is passionate about helping clients pursue their financial goals.
Believing in the basics of financial planning, Terri will help to identify needs and develop customized plans for all life stages, whether it is retirement, college planning, estate planning, or other financial goals. She also strives to inspire client confidence by actively educating clients on the markets and their options.
Terri and her husband of 40+ years live in Kitsap County and have three grown children and two grandsons. She enjoys gardening, quilting, fishing, and camping.

Frank Gambardella

Frank is a fully registered advisor with more than 20 years of experience, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) professional, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®). He provides wealth management, financial planning and business succession strategies, and retirement plan services.
You can expect Frank to bring an organized, pragmatic, and diversified approach. He will work with you to understand your goals and objectives, all the while assessing risk tolerance and other considerations that affect your overall financial picture.
Frank grew up in upstate New York, moved to New Jersey after college, and relocated to Kitsap County in 2010 to be closer to his wife’s hometown. Now he and his wife, Annie, reside in Bremerton, Washington, along with their two daughters, Avery and Myla, their dogs (Leo and Stella), and cats (Sal and Enzo). Frank served in the New York Army National Guard for nine years. He enjoys camping, woodworking, cooking, golf, traveling, and spending time with family.

Michelle Moyer
Associate Financial Advisor
Michelle has been with Olympic NW Advisors since 2020 and in finance for nearly 20 years. She contributed solely in a support role until late 2023. After becoming registered, she was promoted to an associate advisor role to learn the industry from a different angle. She enjoys deepening relationships and trust through exceptional service.
Michelle has lived in the Puget Sound area for the past 35 years. She enjoys spending time with family, walking her 100lb Bernedoodle, and baking.

Lisa has been providing support to the financial advisors at Olympic NW Advisors since 2019. She has nearly 10 years of experience working in the financial industry and enjoys building relationships with clients.
